Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley bonded over their mutual passion for driving social change and creating opportunities for women and minorities.

Knowing Tiffany was looking to launch a new restaurant, a friend recommended she reach out Tom for legal advice on structuring the company. They met at Tom’s home - not a typical meeting place for Tom - but this relationship felt different from the first phone conversation.

After talking for hours, Tiffany and Tom knew they truly complimented one another’s strengths.

They both shared a passion for creating welcoming environments where everyone felt they belonged and for creating opportunities to help those faced with a challenging path.

In 2016, they decided to join forces to create T2D Concepts, a purpose-driven hospitality group to bridge the gender and racial wealth gap in the industry
